Kola map released

I have released the Kola map for DCS. It includes visual with roads, water, current airports taxiway and terrain (relief).

To install it, no need of reinstall, just follow this process:

1. Launch C:\Program Files\LotAtc\lotatc_updater.exe (default install path)
2. Check Add/remove components
3. Select at least Visual and Relief for Kola maps you want to use
4. Continue process with next, it will install everything
5. Restart LotAtc Client

Same process on server side, except that you have no need to select visual (only Relief) to have correct terrain masking.

I will update the map to support future airport in the future.
